Well, the end of Deer season was last Saturday. I was a little disappointed, but I did get a seven point buck. Here's the story; Papaw and I were in a tree stand (Papaw just had a knee replacement). We were about to have to leave when all of a sudden I heard a snap and I saw a buck! I whispered, "Papaw, Deer,Deer!" He said, "Shoot him!" I shot. The it kicked it's back legs up and ran. A little while later, I heard a crash. We were looking for him when Papaw saw him, and that's the end. Now he is in our freezer! Good-bye and God bless you.

Snow, wunderful snow!

Santa, ya missed the snow. Well, everybody knows that it snowed in MS. I didn't believe the weatherman when he said we'd get six inches of snow. Turned out I was right - we got a FOOT!! I was amazed at how much snow we had . We were at the Duleys and it started snowing, just enough to make snow balls. Next morning, let the double-dog-dares begin! We went sledding, had snow -ball fights and built a snowman named Charley. I'll never forget that day. I will post pictures later because we are having technical difficulties.
